Get on the boat, moving from west to east past the dock nearest the town. Start at the storm drain west of the dock and trace the line all the way past the dock to a second ending point east of the dock.

Although this puzzle contains Southwest #5, it cannot be solved from the same stationary vantage point. You may have noticed that the black line from Southwest #5 extends to the other side of the dock.

To light up the extended portion, get into the boat from the dock closest to the town. Set a course for the next dock west of here. When you're far enough south to see the entire solution to Southwest #5 (which you can actually light from here in the boat), set a course for the first dock east of where you got in the boat, making sure to take the path closest to the mainland. Now, turn toward the storm drain and light it up.

The boat should keep moving past the ending point of Southwest #5, allowing you to continue to the next ending point which on the other side (east) of the dock.
