Find a vantage point south of the obelisk and then look towards it

Although close to it, this puzzle cannot be seen from the obelisk

It may take some REFLECTING to understand how to find this puzzle

A certain dog might be able to see this one

Follow the path to the right when exiting the starting area. This should lead you to an alcove, south of the town. You'll know you're in the right place when you see the statue of a dog.

From this alcove, turn towards the town. Look left of the dock, specifically at the surface of the water where it meets the land. There is a storm drain here. From this perspective, the drain should form the starting point circle with its reflection on the water.

Note: There is another, higher place from which you can also see this puzzle, on the lip of a trail you reach right after leaving the starting area.
