Search the southern part of the town for an orange door & panel puzzle

After opening the orange door, you'll need to be south of it to see what you need to see

The "hard" part of this one is solving the puzzle on the orange shipping container. Once you've done this, simply ride the boat from east to west past the town's dock to light up this orange-colored puzzle. You'll see the shape in the window of the building that contains the orange door you just opened.
