Although its location is close, you have to walk a little distance away to see it.

Look around nearby, but not from the obelisk.

Stand on the opposite side of the pond across the bridge from the obelisk. Look toward the obelisk and the rocks on the cliff and its reflection will form the shape. Draw downward into the reflection at the end.
