This puzzle is not underground.

You'll be standing on a man-made structure when you see it.

You won't be at the main temple.

Overlooking the beach is a ruin with a set of stairs going up it, and a smaller set of stairs underneath the larger stairs.

Walk up the larger stairs and look forward. There's half a circle right in front of you, and the other half on a rock formation in the water.

You have to align two parts of the puzzle's path, one close, one far.

You'll walk up some steps to get to the right vantage point.
